About the Role Amorino is seeking a Server Gelato Artist in La Rochelle to deliver friendly, high quality service in a fast paced gelato shop, while upholding Amorino's culture and health standards. This entry level role includes training and uniforms; no prior experience is required. The position emphasizes customer first service, teamwork, and flexible scheduling. What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customer needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a customer comes first attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
