About the Role Amorino is hiring a Server Gelato Artist at La Baule-Escoublac to deliver a welcoming gelato experience and uphold the brand’s culture and values. This role focuses on customer service, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety guidelines to ensure a high-quality guest experience. What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customer’s needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Be flexible to perform many different tasks during each shift. What We're Looking For

- No previous experience required; training, encouragement, and supervision provided for all new servers.
