About the Role The Server Gelato Artist at Amorino Ibiza – Puerto is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and brand integrity. This onsite role requires energy, friendliness, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced shop environment, with training provided.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service with a customer-first attitude while upholding Amorino's culture and values.
- Maintain composure during busy periods and adapt to changing store needs.
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed for all products.
- Assist with beverage and dessert preparation and cash handling as needed.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and reinforce team goals using organizational methods.
