- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests and maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Engage with customers to understand needs and help create an outstanding experience.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products; maintain store cleanliness.
- Uphold company values and reinforce team goals through collaboration.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Handle cash and transactions per store policies; assist with various tasks during each shift.
