Job title: Server Gelato Artist
Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist in Dijon. You will deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude, stay calm during peak periods, and ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed to provide a memorable gelato experience for every guest.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, engaging service to customers and help create outstanding experiences
- Maintain a calm, efficient demeanor during high-volume periods
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reinforce team goals and uphold Amorino's standards through established procedures
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members
- Be able to perform multiple tasks during each shift and learn quickly while building relationships
- Ensure quality beverages and desserts and correct handling of cash per store policies
- Be available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
