About the Role Amorino is seeking a Server Gelato Artist in Créteil to deliver friendly, high-quality service in a fast-paced gelato shop. The role focuses on engaging customers, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and supporting store operations.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide an outstanding gelato and beverage experience
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Evaluate the store environment and customer needs; adjust service accordingly
- Reinforce team goals and collaborate with coworkers
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members
- Be a fast learner and build relationships
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Handle multiple tasks during each shift
- Support cash handling and quality beverage/dessert service
