About the Role Join Amorino in Cassis as a Server Gelato Artist. Represent the Amorino brand by delivering warm, attentive service and consistently high-quality gelato and desserts. You’ll help create a welcoming experience for guests while upholding health and safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customers’ needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a customer comes first attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Be a fast learner and build relationships.
- Be available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
- Provide quality beverages, desserts, and handle cash per store policies.
