About the Role Amorino is seeking a Server Gelato Artist in Canet-en-Roussillon. The role focuses on delivering friendly, high-quality service and representing Amorino's culture and values while maintaining composure during busy periods. Training is provided, no prior experience required.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a "customer comes first" attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Be a fast learner and build relationships.
- Be prepared to perform various tasks during each shift (e.g., beverage, desserts, cash handling).
