Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist in Cambridge. You will deliver excellent service, uphold the culture and values, and support the team by staying calm and attentive during peak periods while following health and sanitation guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and promote Amorino's culture and values.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer needs to tailor service.
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Be a fast learner and build relationships.
- Be flexible to perform many different tasks during each shift.
- Uniforms supplied to all team members.
