About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist at our Bristol store. You will provide warm, friendly service while upholding Amorino's culture and values, and help create a welcoming gelato experience for customers.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate integrity and promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and busy times.
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customer's needs to deliver excellent service.
- Deliver outstanding service with a customer-first attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
