About the Role As a Server Gelato Artist in Besançon, you will deliver friendly, high-quality service while upholding Amorino's culture and values. You’ll stay calm under pressure, assess customer needs, and ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed. Training is provided and uniforms are supplied.
What You'll Do
- Promote Amorino culture with integrity and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customers' needs
- Deliver service with a customer-first attitude and handle transactions accurately
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reinforce team goals using existing organizational methods
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Engage positively with customers and team members and be a fast learner
- Be willing to perform multiple tasks during each shift and adapt to flexible hours
