About the Role Server Gelato Artist in Amorino Barcelona Triangle is responsible for delivering delightful gelato experiences while upholding Amorino values and standards. The role encompasses customer service, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety practices; training provided.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage customers, delivering Amorino's culture
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods
- Assess store environment and customer needs to tailor service
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reinforce team goals through established methods
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and teammates
- Be a fast learner and build relationships
- Handle a variety of tasks during each shift
