You will follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure top-notch beverages and desserts.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a 'customer comes first' attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.

- No previous experience required; training, encouragement, and supervision provided to all new servers. Uniforms supplied to all team members.
