About the Role
Amorino is hiring a Server Gelato Artist in Antibes to provide friendly, high-quality service, uphold brand culture, and assist customers in a fast-paced gelato shop. The role emphasizes customer-first service, teamwork, and strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, high-quality service while upholding Amorino's culture and values
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to ensure a positive guest experience
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customers' needs to tailor service
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members
- Training provided: no prior experience required; we will train and supervise new servers
