About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist at the Andorra – Meritxell location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining health and safety standards, and contributing to a positive team environment. No previous experience is required; training, supervision, and uniforms are provided.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, high-quality gelato service with a “customer comes first” mindset.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and busy shifts.
- Assess the store environment and customer needs to tailor service.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals and collaborate with colleagues.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Be flexible to perform many tasks during each shift; be a fast learner and build relationships.
- Handle cash and adhere to store policies.
