Server Gelato Artist

About the Role Amorino is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Server Gelato Artist to join our team at the Kensington High Street store. The role is to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and support store operations during busy periods. What You'll Do

• Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
• Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
• Deliver excellent service with a "customer comes first" attitude.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
• Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• No prior experience required; training, encouragement, and supervision provided.
