- Show integrity and honesty to promote Amorino’s culture and values.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members. What We're Looking For
- No previous experience required; we will provide training, encouragement, and supervision to all new servers.
- Pleasantly engage with customers to provide an outstanding experience.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
- Maintain high energy, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards that include providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash.
- Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
- Be a fast learner and build relationships.
