About the Role The Server Gelato Artist will provide friendly, high-quality service at Amorino Verona, upholding the culture and values of the brand while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards. What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote Amorino’s culture and values.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Be flexible to perform many different tasks during each shift.
