About the Role

Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist. You will embody our culture and values, deliver exceptional service during periods of high volume, and ensure quality beverages and desserts while following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. You will reinforce team goals and maintain punctuality to create a positive customer experience. What You'll Do

• Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.

• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and evaluate the store environment and customers' needs.

• Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

• Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods and promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; be a fast learner and build relationships; be prepared to perform many different tasks during each shift. What We're Looking For
