- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customer needs and respond accordingly.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through established organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
