About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist in Thionville. You will deliver exceptional service, uphold health and safety standards, and promote the Amorino culture while supporting a high-volume store. What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store's environment and customer's needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a "customer comes first" attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members. What We're Looking For
- No previous experience required; training provided.
- Pleasantly engage with customers, helping them have an outstanding experience.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Maintain high energy, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards that include providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash.
- Able to perform many different tasks during each shift.
