• Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
• Constantly evaluate the store's environment and customer's needs to provide appropriate service.
• Deliver excellent service with a customer comes first attitude.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
• Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Be prepared to perform many different tasks during each shift.
