Server Gelato Artist

About the Role As a Server Gelato Artist for Amorino in Sevilla, you will deliver friendly, high-quality service, uphold food safety standards, and support the store team in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. What You'll Do

• Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
• Constantly evaluate the store's environment and customer's needs.
• Deliver excellent service with a "customer comes first" attitude.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
• Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Receive training, encouragement, and supervision to all new servers. What We're Looking For
• No prior experience required; training, encouragement, and supervision provided.
• Pleasantly engage with customers helping them having an outstanding experience.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
• Maintain high energy, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards that include providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash.
• Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
