Server Gelato Artist

About the Role Amorino is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Server Gelato Artist for our Times Square shop to deliver exceptional service and uphold the brand's culture and standards. You’ll help create a welcoming guest experience during all shifts, including high-volume periods, while following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. What You'll Do

• Show integrity and honesty to promote Amorino's culture and values.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
• Constantly evaluate the store's environment and customer needs.
• Deliver excellent service with a "customer comes first" attitude.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• No previous experience required; training, encouragement, and supervision provided to all new servers.
• Uniforms supplied to all team members.
• Be a fast learner and build relationships.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. What We're Looking For
