Job title: Server Gelato Artist

About the Role A friendly server gelato artist position at Amorino in Sète, France. You will help create a welcoming gelato shop experience, deliver quality beverages and desserts, and support the team with a customer-first attitude. Training and uniforms are provided to all team members.

What You'll Do

• Represent Amorino values with integrity and provide excellent service to customers during both calm and busy periods.
• Maintain a calm demeanor and assess the store environment and customer needs to deliver a superior experience.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and maintain cleanliness.
• Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods and contribute to a positive store culture.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Be a fast learner, build relationships with customers, and be able to perform many different tasks during each shift.
• Be available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Handle cash and contribute to quality beverages and desserts per store standards.
• Uniforms supplied; training and supervision provided for new servers.
