About the Role Amorino is seeking a Server Gelato Artist to deliver warm, friendly service in a fast-paced environment while upholding health and safety standards. This role focuses on ensuring a memorable customer experience and supporting store operations during high-volume periods. We will provide training, encouragement, and supervision to all new servers.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude and maintain a calm demeanor during busy times.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and maintain a clean work area.
- Engage with customers to help them have an outstanding experience and build positive relationships with team members.
- Reinforce store goals through existing organizational methods and support regular attendance and punctuality.
