What You'll Do
- Demonstrate integrity and promote Amorino's culture and values
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customers' needs
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members
- Adapt to a variety of tasks during each shift
- Handle cash in accordance with store policies
- Support training and supervision for new servers; uniforms supplied
