About the Role As a Server Gelato Artist at Amorino in Roppenheim, you will deliver friendly, high-energy service, and help create memorable experiences for customers. You will follow health and safety guidelines, support team goals, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

What You'll Do

• Show integrity and honesty to promote Amorino's culture and values.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
• Constantly evaluate the store environment and customer needs.
• Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Provide quality beverages and desserts and handle cash according to store policies.
• Be available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
• Be a fast learner and build relationships.
• Uniforms supplied to all team members.
• Training, encouragement, and supervision provided to all new servers.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
