About the Role As a Server Gelato Artist at Amorino in Rome, you will deliver excellent service, maintain composure during peak hours, and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed. You will support team goals and help create a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Assess store environment and customer needs to provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Handle cash according to store policies and help provide quality beverages and desserts.
- Be flexible to perform many different tasks during each shift.
- Learn quickly and build lasting relationships with customers and teammates.

- Experience: No previous experience required; training, encouragement, and supervision provided by Amorino.
