What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude
- Maintain composure during peak periods and help the store meet customer needs
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reinforce team goals and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Engage pleasantly with customers and promote a positive experience for both customers and team
- Be flexible to perform many different tasks during each shift
- Assist with quality beverages, desserts, and cash handling per store policies
