About the Role The Server Gelato Artist role at Amorino in Paris–Villiers focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting a smooth operation during peak times. You will welcome customers, prepare beverages and desserts, and ensure a clean, safe environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude and stay composed during high-volume periods.
- Engage pleasantly with customers, assess their needs, and help create an outstanding experience.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through established organizational methods and maintain a positive attitude toward customers and teammates.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and uphold Amorino culture and values.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and desserts and handling cash.
- Be prepared to perform many different tasks during each shift and be a fast learner who builds relationships with customers and staff.
What We're Looking For
- No previous experience required; Amorino provides training, encouragement, and supervision to all new servers.
- Pleasantly engage with customers and help them have an outstanding experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment.
- High energy, strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Ability to perform many different tasks during each shift and quickly learn.
- Ability to handle cash and provide quality beverages and desserts.
