About the Role The Server Gelato Artist at Amorino in Paris - Martyrs is a customer-facing role focused on delivering excellent service, upholding health and safety guidelines, and supporting store operations during peak times. Training is provided and uniforms are supplied, with no previous experience required.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a "customer comes first" attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
