About the Role The Server Gelato Artist will be the face of Amorino in our Paris Commerce store, delivering warm, friendly service while maintaining the brand’s standards for quality and cleanliness. This role focuses on customer experience, teamwork, and compliance with health and safety guidelines, with training provided for all new team members.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate integrity and represent Amorino's culture and values in every interaction
- Stay calm and efficient during peak periods to maintain service quality
- Continuously assess store environment and customer needs to tailor service
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reinforce team goals through established organizational methods
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Foster a positive attitude toward customers and team members
