About the Role
Server Gelato Artist at Amorino in Paris – Ile Saint Louis. Provide excellent service, uphold integrity and culture, maintain calm during high volume, evaluate store environment and customer needs, follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, reinforce team goals, maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude and ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Show integrity to promote Amorino's culture and values.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Support team goals through existing organizational methods and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Be willing to perform many different tasks during each shift and be a fast learner who can build relationships with customers.
