Amorino is seeking a Server Gelato Artist for our Pamplona – La Morea location. You will be the face of the store, delivering friendly, high-quality service and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. This role supports a customer-first culture while contributing to a positive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding, customer-focused service and help guests select beverages and desserts.
• Maintain a calm, energetic demeanor during periods of high volume and busy shifts.
• Constantly evaluate the store environment and respond to customer needs.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Promote a positive attitude toward customers and fellow team members.
• Be flexible to perform many different tasks during each shift; be a fast learner and build relationships.
• Assist with basic cash handling in accordance with store policies.
• Uniforms are supplied and training, encouragement, and supervision are provided to all new servers.
