About the Role Amorino is hiring a Server Gelato Artist to deliver excellent customer experiences in a busy Palavas-les-Flots store. The role focuses on providing quality beverages and desserts, upholding Amorino's culture, and maintaining a customer-first attitude under high-volume conditions.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude while maintaining a calm demeanor during high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customers' needs.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Be a fast learner and able to perform many different tasks; training, encouragement, and supervision are provided to all new servers.
