About the Role The Server Gelato Artist role at Amorino in Nouméa is to provide friendly, high-quality service while upholding the company’s culture and values. You will help create an excellent customer experience, stay calm during busy periods, and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude and promote positivity among customers and team members.
- Engage pleasantly with customers and help them have an outstanding experience.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and adapt to changing needs.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Support the team in achieving store goals and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Be flexible to perform many different tasks during each shift and handle cash as required.
