About the Role Amorino is seeking a Server Gelato Artist in Niort to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the culture and values of Amorino. The role requires maintaining composure during peak periods, evaluating store conditions and customer needs, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will help drive team goals and provide a memorable gelato experience for every guest.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
