Server Gelato Artist at Amorino on Amsterdam Avenue in New York. You'll provide friendly, high-quality service, follow health and safety guidelines, and support a positive team environment in a high-volume setting.
Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude and engage with customers to create an outstanding experience. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and uphold store policies. Assist with beverages, desserts, and cash handling; promote a positive attitude toward customers and team. Reinforce team goals through organizational methods; maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Be a fast learner, adapt to many different tasks during each shift, and build relationships with customers and team members. Be available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Uniforms supplied to all team members.
No previous experience required; training, encouragement, and supervision provided. Pleasantly engage with customers; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team. High energy, strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance. Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and desserts and cash handling.
