About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist at the Montpellier – Loge location. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced setting, while upholding Amorino values and shop standards. You will also follow health and sanitation guidelines and contribute to a positive team environment.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
