About the Role Amorino is hiring a Server Gelato Artist for our Montpellier store. You will be the face of the Amorino experience, delivering excellent service and high-quality beverages and desserts while promoting our culture and values.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, hands-on customer service with a 'customer comes first' attitude during all shifts.
- Maintain a calm, efficient demeanor during periods of high volume and busy service.
- Assess store environment and customer needs to tailor service and offerings.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Assist with cash handling and store operations where needed.
- Be a fast learner, build relationships with customers and team members, and support fellow staff.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and promote a positive team atmosphere.
- Be flexible to perform multiple tasks during each shift and work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
