About the Role Amorino is hiring a Server Gelato Artist at Miramas – Village des marques to deliver high-quality gelato and customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes integrity, attentiveness to customer needs, and teamwork, with training provided on the Amorino experience and safety guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote Amorino's culture and values
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members
- Provide quality beverages and desserts and handle cash in accordance with store policies
- Be a fast learner and able to perform many different tasks during each shift
