Job title: Server Gelato Artist
About the Role The Server Gelato Artist role at Amorino is to deliver excellent, customer-first service, help manage periods of high volume, and maintain a clean, safe environment. You will support store operations at the Prado Norte location while upholding Amorino’s culture and values.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive service and engage customers to create an outstanding experience
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Deliver service with a customer comes first attitude and maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods
- Evaluate the store environment and customer needs, and reinforce team goals through established methods
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; be flexible to perform multiple tasks during each shift
- Handle cash in accordance with store policies
- Build relationships and be a fast learner
What We're Looking For
- No prior experience required; training and supervision provided to all new servers
- Pleasantly engage with customers and help them have an outstanding experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
- High energy, strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and desserts
- Ability to perform many different tasks during each shift and adapt quickly
- Willingness to learn and build relationships
