About the Role As a Server Gelato Artist at Amorino Reforma, you will help deliver an exceptional in-store experience and uphold Amorino's culture of hospitality, integrity, and customer-first service. You will support the team during high-volume periods and contribute to a positive store environment.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate integrity and honesty to promote Amorino's culture and values.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a customer comes first attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
