About the Role Join Maggiano's as a Server in our Front of the House team, delivering professional food service and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, celebration-focused environment. You will take food and beverage orders and serve them to Guests, helping create lasting memories for families and friends. What You'll Do
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them to Guests in the restaurant.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through friendly, upbeat service and attention to detail.
- Work as part of the Front of the House team (Maitre D, Server, Foodrunner, Busser, Carry Out and Delivery Supervisor, Host/Hostess or Bartender) to deliver a smooth dining experience.
- Uphold Maggiano's standards in a fast-paced environment; manage multiple tasks and guest needs.
- Help create special memories during events and everyday dining. What We're Looking For
