About the Role Join Chili's Chesapeake as a Server, delivering hospitality and memorable service to guests. You’ll learn our menu, provide customized experiences, and work with a team to ensure guest satisfaction. Availability on some weekends, weekdays, and holidays is required. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
- Learn menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
- Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Provides a customized experience for every Guest
- Prior experience a plus Nice to Have
