About the Role Chili's servers deliver hospitality and service to guests, providing a welcoming, customized dining experience. This role focuses on delivering great service, learning the menu, and supporting opening and closing duties in a fast-paced team environment. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
