About the Role Our Servers deliver hospitality and service that goes beyond great food and drinks. In this role you’ll provide personalized service to Guests and help create a welcoming Chili's experience, with a focus on making people feel special. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Provides a customized experience for every Guest

- Salary: $5.00/hr plus tips
