About the Role As a Chili's Server in Ann Arbor, you'll deliver hospitable, customized service to Guests and help create a welcoming dining experience. You’ll learn the menu, support opening and closing duties, and work with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
- Meets minimum age requirement of 18
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Provides a customized experience for every Guest
- Prior experience a plus Nice to Have
