About the Role The Server role at Chili's in Brighton, MI is to deliver hospitable, customized service to Guests in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll learn the menu to explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and collaborate with teammates to ensure Guest satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
